This is a perfect dry fire tool. After my first gun purchase I was blaming my gun for not hitting what I was aiming at, but this showed me I was wrong! Lol. It is especially interesting to see how the laser moves on trigger pull. You will be surprised on how much your trigger pull has affect on your accuracy. Very happy with it. Hoping the batteries are not expensive.
Awesome for Training
It works perfectly and I am able to train very easily. Good to train at home between sessions at the shooting range. Just have a pen handy, the bullet needs to be removed manually. When you reload the gun, the bullet won't come out. Which is good for practice. Cons: No recoil
great tool for training
great for dry fire practice. i can use it to help my daughter get over her fear of guns. emits a quick dot on where you aim it. each time you pull trigger
Great for Beginners and Experienced Shooters
Worked perfectly with iDryFire app. Great product at a great price. Highly recommended. I will also use in my pistol classes that I am Certified to teach. I'll be purchasing several more calibers.
Bought the 9mm version, great product. Going to give a few key personal points which I wish more reviewers do. Works with my Taurus pt92 and works best with double action pistols so there is no need to rack every shot for better training.
Shot at least 5000 plus times. 5000 plus shots in a month is roughly $1000 in ammo. So for $32 and a $5 shot timer upgrade. You can't beat it!
Best way to advance marsmanship without spending a fortune on ammo
I'm new to handheld sidearms in general and wanted to practice getting used to my gun without spending a fortune on VERY scarce ammo. This little device was exactly what I needed. It comes with 3 batteries installed (easy to get batteries too) and registers exactly where the bullet would have struck. Only small drawback is more aimed at the pistol than at the laser bullet - when you pull the trigger there is no recoil, no auto-cock. But there wouldn't be - the laser shines a light, it doesn't fire. Personally, I love it!
